Robby Nelson salesman from Oxford, AL. Store is awesome didn't try to rush us into a sale. Showed us multiple units. Personally I don't do business with pushy sales people. We just purchased a beautiful Pioneer from Camping World in Anniston! And Robby Nelson was the gentleman that made it happen! He was great from the beginning to the end. Walked in there on Saturday and left with our dream camper the same day!

I drove my friends from Hendersonville, TN to Anniston, AL to look at an RV they had found online. Their salesman Robby Nelson, couldn't have been any nicer to us. He was very hospitable and he answered every question my friends asked him about the RV. The facility was very clean and well maintained. My friends purchased the RV and have been pleased with it and the price they paid for it. If I'm ever in the market for an RV I will definitely go to Gander RV and talk to Robby Nelson because I know from my friends’ experience that he can get things done!
I am not exactly what you'd call a "people person", so I am DEFINITELY not a "salesperson person". I say this, to say this- Robby Nelson is fantastic!

If you're looking to buy a camper and you're told that they aren't able to get you approved. Go see Robby Nelson he told us he would get us approved for whatever camper we wanted. Two days after we signed we now have a camper. I highly recommend you to talk to Robby Nelson.

We went there to find a camper with no idea what we wanted. We just knew we wanted one. We were shown around by Robby Nelson who took the time to carefully listen to our wants and needs. He then proceeded to show us around and with our options in mind gave us multiple campers to choose from. He took the time to show us any that we passed that interested us. We were a bit skeptical at first because we did not want anyone pressuring us into a choice. We never felt that from Robby and are still trying to decide which one meets our needs. Honestly, if I had felt any pressure to be more expedient with our choice I would have left and gone elsewhere. We have decided that we have chosen the right dealership and were blessed to get Robby as our salesman. We will definitely make our choice with you all soon.

Lastly, our overall experience at Gander RV was great. Everyone who spoke to us was friendly and offered some sort of help. From offered beverages to food to finding something in the store.
Shout out to Robby and Jonathan for a pleasant experience. My wife and I were just looking and trying to get an idea of what kind of Camper we wanted and what would best suit our needs. Robby was very helpful in showing us what he thought we were looking for and he did his job because we found the perfect match for our wants and needs. Then we met Jonathan and he answered any questions and helped us through the process of purchasing the camper and accessories we needed to go straight to the campsite of our choice. Have not had camper long and have not had to get repaired or worked on so far but everything else was a thumbs up!
