I've been sponsoring some talented local MMA fighters, especially Valhalla Gym in Alexandria AL. Owner Stephen Owens is now a professional MMA fighter and a great guy and friend. You can take classes women, children, law enforcement. He has classes for everyone, even if you don't get into MMA, he has self-defense classes.
